PE Active Warmup
The class will begin with an warmup consisting of a light jog followed by form running/stretch activities. Daily warmup exercises may include high knees, butt kicks, carioca, shuffle, toy soldiers, bunnies, heel/toe, squats, pushups, situps and mountain climbers.

Volleyball: Underhand Serve
7th grade evaluation on the fundement skill of underhand serving a volleyball in a game situation. Students are rated and scored on the mechanics of their serving, not the number of serve landing inbounds. Students are scored at 12 possible points. Scoring in the ADVANCED range gains extra credit.

Volleyball Evaluation
This assessment will be graded on your overall knowledge and effort in our volleyball unit, as well as the student's strategy of play. Students will also be graded on number of total laps completed on the indoor track during the volleyball unit.

Junior High Physical Education
Students will be graded on paritcipation and effort throughout the school year in a variety of activities including (but not limited to): Warm Up, Volleyball, Fitness, Soccer, Flag Football, Racket games, Badminton, Basketball, Dancing, Softball, and Yard games
