This is to assess a Timeline that the student creates in Spanish using the preterite tense to describe specific important events that have happened in his/her life.

Aspects of Personality Art Project
Students will create a piece of art that represents their personality. It can be a collage, a sculpture (from clay, papier-mâché, soap or cardboard) a painting, a drawing. The first step will be to draw a draft and write (in Spanish) how this design relates to them. The Second step will be to make the creation. The third step will be to present the creation in our class art gallery.

Spanish 2 Reflexive Verbs Project
You will create a VoiceThread that portrays your daily routine in the morning and the evening. This an online application allows you to create a presentation by uploading images, video, and audio. Using VoiceThread as a tool, you will combine images and/or video from your daily routine that create the presentation. Each scene must include details, in chronological order, telling of your daily routine.

Spanish 2 Reflexive Verbs Project
You will create a poster of 10 different scenes that depict your daily routine. Each scene must include at least two sentence with details telling what you do as part of your daily routine.Be sure your scenes go in a chronological order from first to last. Each scene will also include a neat detailed drawing, photo, or clip art depicting the part of your daily routine that the sentence is about. A minimum of 8 frames must contain the use of different reflexive verbs. Vocabulary from this chapter must be included when depicting your daily routine. You will give an oral presentation of your poster el 19 de noviembre. Please work on memorizing your sentences, and be sure to use sentences that you will know what they mean and be able to tell the class about with out reading your poster. The purpose of the assignment is to demonstrate your understanding of the use of reflexive verbs, as well as when and how they are used along with the knowledge of your vocabulary

Students will create a "Spanish video" that will be 3 to 5 minutes in length. Examples include: commercials for a game show, a newscast, a soap-opera, product, movie trailer, etc. The video must include each partner speaking 200 words of Spanish. All members of the team will contribute and participate in the video. You may use others for your video. The final script due 4/19 the video is due 4/25.

Country Presentation Rubric
The purpose is to research a country and develop a presentation that creates a desire for others to visit it. You will be able to present facts about the country’s resources, culture, government, religion, geography, social events, recreational pastimes, history, economics, etc. After you have written a report of your country, you will develop a presentation about it. The presentation can be a keynote, a prezi, animoto, brochure or a poster.
