The purpose of this scale is for EACH team member to evaluate every other team members in their group on how they worked together as a team on the poster/video for the handwashing campaign.

Students will engage in team-buiding and class-buiding activities as well as identify ways to improve comunication and social skills when involved in class projects.

Poor = 1 point, Fair = 2 points, Good= 3 points, Excellent= 4points

The project is to develop a power point presentation describing an assigned communicable/noncommunicable disease and present it to the class. This project would be for a highschool health (9-12) class which is a requirement for highschool graduation. The minimum number of slides in th powerpoint is 15 and the maximum is 25. The requirements include; what is the disease; cause; signs and symptoms; incubation period; treatment; prognosis; and prevention. Include 5 appropriate graphics/pictures. Questionable ones need to be preapproved by the teacher. Also include a title slide and a works cited/reference slide with at least 5 sources.
