DISCUSSION LEADER RUBRIC
This rubric is used to assess students' facilitation of a class discussion of assigned readings.

Spanish Speaking Country Presentation
Students will create a powerpoint presentation about a Spanish speaking country. They must include a minimum of 12 slides. Content includes requirements provided in hand-out. Oral powerpoint presentation is also part of the assessment.

Essential Question Presentation
Students will create a keynote presentation about a topic of their choice. They must include a minimum of 15 slides. Presentation must not exceed 10 minutes in length. Content includes information that successfully answers their question in detail. Oral powerpoint presentation is also part of the assessment. A personal reflection about the topic will be presented in English at the end of the presentation.
