Performance Task #1
Student will identify a common theme across multiple texts (RL2, RL9) including fiction and nonfiction. Student will use evidence to support their conclusions (RL1, W1b.) and transitions to create cohesion and clarity throughout the summary (W2c). Script Project Rubric
Students will spend the semester creating an original script as a final project. The script can either be a stage play, screenplay, or teleplay. Students are allowed to choose their topic, script type, and are given opportunities throughout the semester to write it.
