Sprott Shaw College Nursing Care Plan Rubric
A rubric that provides an objective evaluating care plans. Level 1 students are expected to at least score 70 points with no "Needs Improvement Mark" Level 2 students are expected to at least score 80 points with no "Needs Improvement Mark" Level 3 students are expected to at least score 90 points with no "Needs Improvement Mark" Level 4 students are expected to score 100 points The Instructor will request a student to revised the care plan if the student scores below the expected points.
