You are "il/la prof" for the day! Develop a presentation to share the most important information about your chosen topic to the class through an interactive, engaging presentation. You must include a power point presentation or video or any other application used for presentations, have the class do some kind of reinforcement activity(game or worksheet), and develop an administered 20 questions quiz.

Design an Italian influenced restaurant including restaurant layout, menu, recipe,advertisement and present to the class upon completion.

The students are to present a specific period in Italian History

Students will shop and negotiate in Italian for traditional Italian products in an open-market

The student will present the biography of a famous German-speaking artist and find at least 5 of his/her works of art, of which one will be described and analyzed for meaning.

This is a rubric to assess the research and poster done on an artist

Page 1: Original, one-page typed report about your Spanish-speaking artist, e.g. name, birthdate, country of origin, family life, famous contributions to art, names of painting, etc. Page 2: Either print out two of the artist's work OR draw one yourself.

Students will prepare a skit about ordering in a restaurant using the frases and vocabulary from the packet. Make sure to include a waitress, waiter "mesero(s)" "clientes" client. Each cliente must : 1. Order:a.Una bebida b.Un aperitivo c.Un plato principal d.Un postre 2.Each cliente must ask the waiter for at least one thing he or she is missing during the skit (Perdón, me falta…) 3.Each cliente must comment on how the food tastes at least once. 4.Every student needs to use words like con permiso (if you need to move from the table), por favor (Pass something), gracias, de nada. 5.Each person should talk about the same amount—no one person should dominate. 6.You may use no notes whatsoever.7.You must act it out with enthusiasm. 8.One cliente must ask the camarero for the check at the end 9.Everybody gives money for the cost of their meal to the person who ask for the check. 10.HAVE FUN!
