Guidelines: After reading chapter two, you and a partner will be given a topic from the reading to prepare for presentation. The topics are: • Piaget’s Stages • Vygotsky’s Theories • Kohlberg’s Stages • Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences • Differentiating Instruction • Social Factors and Learning Use one of the following methods/strategies to prepare and present your topic. Make your presentation as encompassing as possible and try to make it one that will help your fellow teacher candidates remember the material. It should also be something they can access later to use as a study resource. (1) Build a database in www.studystack.com to enable students to study later and play games. (requires computer and Internet access) (2) Prepare and present a PowerPoint presentation. Slides should not contain too much information and there should be no more than 8 slides. (3) Draw a graphic organizer and complete. This can be done on the computer or with paper and pencil.
