Menu Project
Create a menu. You must give your restaurant a name and create the menu. The menu should include at least 5 complete choices for each of the sections of the menu: appetizer, entree,side menu, desserts and drinks. The menu should be visually pleasing with easily identifiable headings, prices, and pictures. There should also be a section for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Research Paper Rubric
Research the approved topic. Submit a 4+ page typed paper, double spaced, 12 point font following MLA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing at least 3 resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.
