Goals Essay
Students were asked to construct an essay that discussed 3 goals they had for the school year (a school related goal, ELA goal and a personal goal). The students were asked to write persuasively so that their peers would believe that their goals could be accomplished.

A completed book response is written on looseleaf with the appropriate heading and discusses the setting, characters, a brief summary of the book's main problem and resolution, as well as a paragraph explaining their opinion of the book.
