Rubric to assess each step of a safe eyebrow design using soft wax

This rubric is designed to evaluate resumes created by high school students in the 21st Century Skills class.

STUDENTS WILL PERFORM THREE DIFFERENT HAIR COLORING SERVICES ( A COLOR RETOUCH, VIRGIN COLOR APPLICATION, AND FOILS USING LIGHTENER).

Students are required to perform a gel nail application on five fingers/mannequin hand within 60 minutes.

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.

Students will choose an Era in history to recreate hair & make up trends on a partner to present to the class.

Students will Imagine they are opening their own Salon and create a tri fold brochure, salon layout and Salon Policies to present to the class.

Develop a presentation to share the most important information about your section of the text to the class through an interactive, engaging presentation. You must use technology in some way, include vocabulary, and have the class do some kind of activity and answer key associated with your section. You must also creat a quiz for your section, complete with answer key for grading the quiz.

Students will create a themed Spa Manicure and create a tri fold brochure and demonstration to present to the class.
