Identifies locomotor movement patterns within pathways and extensions. Directions: The teacher will demonstrate basic locomotor skills around in general space. Use this rubric to score each student's accomplishments of locomotor skills. Students will perform 4 different locomotor skills from the list fir a short distance. Add each locomotor skill performed from 1-4, then add totals at the end with total of 16.

Student will be given a bean bag to put on top of their head. Their will be a bucket placed in front of each group. Each child will balance the bean bag on their head as they try to reach the bucket. After each child has reached the bucket then they will put their bean bag in the bucket.
