This rubric is designed to measure the quality of a process, rather than the quality of an end-product. As a result, work samples or collections of work will need to include some evidence of the individual’s thinking about a problem-solving task (e.g., reflections on the process from problem to proposed solution; steps in a problem-based learning assignment; record of think-aloud protocol while solving a problem). The student will create a self timeline in the shape of a road map. The road map with show at least 5 important, pictured events in sequential order. There will be at least one sentence caption with each neatly drawn picture. Also, a one-paragraph reflection on this project. Reflect on what you learned.

Student will interview peer. Upon completion of the interview, student will complete rubric and provide feedback on positive aspects of interview as well as possible ways to improve interview skills in a constructive manner.

This rubric will measure the abilities of students to thread a sewing machine and bobbin, use the sewing machine properly and complete a sewing project by hand stitching the remaining hole.
