Student Follows Directions

Change for challenging behaviors
This rubric scores the student on number of behavioral episodes, the intensity of behavioral episodes and the ability to self regulate during situations. It is scored so that the higher the percentage, the more frequent, intense the behavior and the less self-regulation used. Goal is to decrease the challenging behavior.

Effort Rubric - Fable Writing - 3rd Grade
This rubric is meant to help guide the writing of a fable. Each category is reviewed for the amount of effort that you put in. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after your writing to ensure that all necessary parts of a fable are present and that you have put in your best effort. Go for it!

During structured small group activities, recess, lunch, specials, or other social time in her day, student will demonstrate targeted conversation skills ( greeting, initiating, maintaining and ending a conversation) by receiving a score of 10/15 on 3 out of 5 probes.
