Students will demonstrate knowledge on tobacco use by developing a pamphlet designed to explain the dangers of tobacco use.

Audio/video production students in grades 11-12 will form teams of 2-5, and create a reproduction (shot for shot) of a scene from one of Hitchcock's movies.

Using a digital photo of your self, grid the photo in a one inch grid. Then create a two inch grid on your illustration board to transfer your drawing to. After transferring your drawing using the grid, use two different mediums and color/shade your drawing. You will be graded on if you incorporate your own personal artistic style, use composition and design, craftsmanship, and effort.

Combine Illustration and typography to create this project. Choose a black and white image and illustrate it, making the words become the "shading".

The objective of this lesson is for the students to understand how silhouettes are made, how to use pastel/watercolour effectively, and how to pay attention to positive/negative space.

Individual and group work, applying movement, voice, and place. The students will participate in an on-going project involving a group scene performed for the class.

These are the expectations for your on set behaviour, understanding of your production role, and participation.

Students will give a class presentation about the Elements of Art. Students are expected to explain all 7 elements and give examples. This presentation may be done in a video, power point, play, song or poster board.
