Students are to are to create an infographic utilizing information that pertains to a specific topic. Research on the topic must be done with citing of information to include accuracy of the information.

Personal Newsletter printed in color. Create a one-page newsletter (named My Personal Newsletter.doc) that is informational about your school, club, sport, or course. Requirements include: multiple article sections, use of your picture, use of clipart, use of WordArt for the title, page border, drop caps, newspaper columns, and text wrapping around your picture and/or other graphics. Print the newsletter using a color printer.

Student in the College and Careers classes use this rubric through their high school career to create, edit and finalize a portfolio that will be useful to them after graduation. Personal information, Job Information, Resumes and the like are all included in the portfolio. All of the information an individual might need in adult life is accumulated here. This is ongoing, but is the beginning of the portfolio for freshman year.

You must create a poster design of the lay-out of your business, drawn to scale with, facilities, bathrooms, work environments, street, etc....and then using the graph as a guide, create a 3D replica model using Foamboard, Cardboard, Shoebox, and any other craft materiel to construct your project. Your project must include all major categories for assessment in a visual layout as well as craft of work.

YOU, perhaps with a partner, will be creating our review lessons. Each person/partnership will be responsible for creating a lesson about a particular topic. The topics will be chosen at random (or by me, depending on how the mood strikes me). Each lesson will summarize and review the 10 or more of the most important parts/pieces of your topic.

Submit minimum 3 page typed paper, double spaced, 12 point font following MLA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing at least 5resources used researching the paper. You are encouraged to interject your personal opinion into this paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.
