Food Truck Project

During this unit, students will be working in groups to design their very own food trucks. Students will essentially be creating a business plan, as they are expected to come up with unique ideas, marketing strategies, and do research to find out how much it will cost. In doing this, they will enhance their math, language arts, technology, and critical thinking skills.

Oral Presentation - Elevator Pitch

Rubric for evaluating group/single presentations. An elevator pitch is an overview of a business idea. Investors often judge the quality of a business idea on the basis of the quality of its elevator pitch, and will ask entrepreneurs for the elevator pitches to quickly identify the GREAT ideas!
