International Breakfast Project
Choose a country and research the typical breakfast items from that country. Create a powerpoint related to the country of choice. Include an adequate description of the breakfast and how it differs from American breakfast. List any typical seasonings, and/or ingredients common to the country's breakfast items. Include a map of your country. Prepare a typical breakfast from the country chosen. Include the recipe of your item or items in your presentation.

CUL213 International Cuisine-Final Practical Presentation
Breakfast Around the World-This is a three part final exam -P1 choose a country from the International cuisine textbook and create two breakfast items from that country. P2 create a tri board display related to the country of choice to display during event. P3 complete a 1500 research paper that covers required information about the country of choice. The students will prepare and create all required items and present to campus staff and faculty at an end of semester event.

Charcuterie Board
By definition, these boards are a selection of food that offers contrasts, various textures, and different colors. These are designed to be eaten in a group setting. Boards should be composed of finger foods that are easy to eat. Boards should also have some pre-sliced component, a component that is sliced by the maker and accents or accompaniments.

Vision Board Collage
Create a vision board that focuses on your future. The board should have pictures that represent school goals, future relationships, and future jobs/careers. A clear theme needs to be present. The vision should be for the next 10 years. Find a quote that represents you now or in your future and include it on the poster. The board should be colorful, include pictures, and be neat. Someone should be able to look at your board and be able to understand your vision for your future. .
