Watercolor Landscape Painting
Students will create a watercolor landscape painting with a creek, railroad, road etc running towards the foreground with other natural elements present in the background. Students will create a foreground, middle ground, and background using watercolor techniques. Students were to pay attention to one point perspective using a horizon line, vanishing point , and guidelines to create their landscapes.

Watercolor Landscape using one point perspective
Students used images of landscapes from the internet to draw and paint landscapes of their own. Students were required to identify and show evident foreground, middle ground, and background. Students were required to use watercolor techniques (layering, wet on wet, dry brush, blotting, and wash).

Independent Activity: Self Collage Create a collage that represents who you are as a person. Words may be hand-written or a font type used. You will present this poster to the class, and it will be displayed on the wall of the classroom. Collage is the first part of the overall personal narrative project for this quarter.
