Grid Drawing
Using a digital photo, grid the photo in a 2.5 cms grid. Then create a x2 cms grid on your drawing paper to transfer your drawing to. After transferring your drawing using the grid, use two different mediums and color/shade your drawing. You will be graded on incorporating your own personal artistic style, use composition and design, craftsmanship, and effort.

Students will transform an object into another object. The student must find an object that interests them and create a series of 4 drawings showing a transformation from one object into another object i.e. pair of pliers into a butterfly.

Scratch Art Rubric
Students have coloured a piece of paper with a variety of colours. They then painted over their design with black paint. When the paint was dry they were asked to draw a picture by scratching off the black paint. The students were told to make there final drawing using a variety of shapes.
