Line Dance Unit Final Grading Scale: Assessing INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE, GROUP PERFORMANCE, INDIVIDUAL WORK ETHIC/PARTICIPATION, GROUP WORK ETHIC/PARTICIPATION, PRESENTATION of PROJECT

Students will be evaluated on throwing a football. The students will be in groups of two with one football per group. Each student will throw the football to their partner 5 times and be evaluated on the following. 1) Ball at cheek level in good body posture 2) Step with opposite foot – 3) Eyes on the target – 4) Follow through – Students will be additionally evaluated on identifying the 4 routes taught.

Students are required to perform a line dance. Requirements. Groups of 4-6. Face all 4 walls. Incorporate the 4 moves of the barn dance.
