The Students will make a poster to explain the function of a cell organelle.

Cereal Box Presentation on an assigned human body system. Will cover function of body systems, major structures and organs, other important structures, diseases and how this system works with other systems.

Used to rate peers following work on collaborative project.

The students will put together a poster to show during their oral presentation. The poster will contain information that the students collected regarding world religions The group presentation must be aligned with the poster.

Write a persuasive argument encouraging your Congressman to adopt your position (against, for or for with restrictions) regarding the legalization of human cloning. The persuasive editorial must contain at least 3 fully developed supporting paragraphs . You are to demonstrate your comprehension of the subject as well as your writing skills utilizing appropriate vocabulary.

Vocabulary Builder: Students will define, use in a sentence and illustrate a new vocabulary term

Students must complete a group project building a working rollercoaster. Rollercoaster must include three drops, three turns, and one loop. Rollercoaster must also have a theme and be decorated attractively enhance the coaster theme. Rollercoaster must have a written report that includes: Team member names and duties during project. A description of the rollercoaster theme and how various design elements contribute to the theme. A diagram of the rollercoaster labelled to identify various mechanical forces at work during the operation of the rollercoaster.

Student's will apply their knowledge of Newton's First Law of Motion to appropriately analyze each given motion scenario.
