Ecology Website Project
Design a multimedia project of your choice that: •uses a multimedia program •includes cooperative groups •includes a presentation of information. When selecting multimedia keep in mind the due date for the project and how well your presentation can inform and address all areas of the rubric.

Biology 1 Cell Organelles Presentation
Students will work in groups of 4-6 students to produce a presentation on cell organelles. Each student in the group will be responsible for representing a different organelle, and their presentation must clearly demonstrate: 1) the structure and primary function(s) of the organelle; 2) how the organelle interacts with other organelles in the cell; 3) the importance of the organelle to normal cellular function; and 4) a model or other graphic representation of their organelle.

Biology 1 Biomolecules Poster and Presentation
The students will put together a poster to show during their oral presentation. The poster will contain examples of three biomolecules: carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. The poster will contain illustrations that demonstrate the chemical structure of each biomolecule and may feature an illustration that represents its function in a living system. The poster will reference a specific biomolecule and its significant function in a living system. Each student will provide a written, graphic or oral presentation that demonstrates their individual contribution to the poster.
