The purpose of this rubric is to allow the student to know what the expectations are for writing this comparing/contrasting paragraph.

The student will write an informative essay on their career of choice using the research gathered from multiple sources.

Persuade classmates to read your favorite book through your presentation

1. Write an analysis of your character. In two paragraphs, identify an adjective that describes your character. Explain, using EWS, how this is a fitting adjective. Consider what other character's said and/or did that led to your interpretation. 2. Next, cast your character. Write one paragraph explaining why the actor/actress you picked would play your character well. What past work makes this actor/actress a sensible fit? 3. Lastly, in two paragraphs, predict what will happen to your character next.
