Volleyball Skill- Serve
The students must demonstrate proper form for either an over head serve or an underhand serve. The ball must be tossed in the air, hit above the head, and the arm must follow through once the ball has been hit for the over head serve. The ball must be held in one hand, hit with the other (waist high), and their striking arm must follow through once the ball has been hit for the underhand serve. Accuracy will be determined by the teacher and where the ball lands on the volleyball court or designated target area. The students must specify which serve they are going to perfrom to the teacher.

Volleyball Skill- Setting
The students must show proper form of the hands. The students hands must be slightly above their head and form a diamond shape. The students body must be squared towards the ball and their knees must be slightly bent. The accuracy of the skill will be determined by where the ball goes after the student has performed the skill. The target will be determined by the teacher.

Volleyball Skill- Bump
The students must show proper form of arms and hands. Arms are locked and in front of the body. Hands are folded/overlapping. A proper stance must be shown for the skill. The ready stance, with knees slightly bent and feet shoulder width apart. Execution of the skill will be determined by accuracy (where the ball lands on the volleyball court or evaualtion space).
