Do You See My Qualities?
Given a presentation on masks around the world students will research a collection of masks on their own. Once identifying their own positive qualities the students will utilize the researched masks to create an original looking mask out of clay visually describing two of their own positive qualities.

The students are researching a person or charicter who share a connection. Digital prints of both the students and charicter will be woven to create one coherent composition. With new knowledge of color the students will decide on color combinations which best suit the connection. To further explain the connection the students will write a creating artist statement which expands the understanding of the relationship pf the students and the charicter they chose.
