Students are divided into groups of three to act as historians living in either Albany (NY), Boston (MA), Charleson (SC), Independence (MO), Lawrence (KS), New Orleans (LA), New York (NY), San Antonio (TX), San Francisco (CA), or Vandalia (IL). They have applie for a federal grant to build an historical museum in their city. In order to receive the grant, they must make a 10-15 slide powerpoint presentation to a Congressional Committee substantiating the historical relevance of their community between the years 1810 and 1860. They need to outline the community's position on the following issues/and or provide information on the following items.
