"When I Lay My Burden Down"

"When I Lay My Burden Down" Essay is a 5 Paragraph essay including an introduction, three body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Following is the grading rubric for the essay topic, and outline for the essay, on the previous page. As required by your grade level, you will be thoroughly exploring cause and effect relationships, analyzing information, synthesizing ideas, and writting a thorough essay answering the writing prompt. You will be graded on 8 components on three levels. Each component level is then weighted for a total of 50 points. That total will be multiplied by 4 as the whole exam is worth 200 points.
