Theatre Warm up Rubric Theatre Warm up Rubric At the beginning of each class, we will warm up vocally, physically, and warm up our minds. This is the rubric I will use to grade the students ability to lead these warm ups. Knowledge of Warmup Activities	Poor Not Yet <BR> Remembers a few of the movements/sounds and tries but looks lost and out of sync with others. Student is not confident and often watches others.	Fair Some<BR> Demonstrates some knowledge of Warm ups, but unsure of some movements or sounds. Sometimes hesitates/watches others and makes errors.	Good Almost<BR> Demonstrates good knowledge of warm ups. Keeps up with the group. Very few errors. Student is mostly confident.	Excellent Yes!<BR> Demonstrates excellent knowledge of all warm ups and does them well.	TOTAL
Technical Skills	Poor Although remembers some of the warm ups, little attention is paid to how movements/sounds are made or other details. Movements/Sounds performed lazily	Fair Only some understanding of technical elements (i.e. Sounds, tongue twisters, quality of movements and body positions)	Good Movements and sounds is performed with attention to most details of technique. Movements/Sounds are mostly big and clear.	Excellent Movements and sounds are performed with great attention to quality of movement, body position, sounds, tongue twisters and quality of movement is present throughout the demonstration.	TOTAL
Focus	Poor Students' focus is never or seldom at a high level. Student shows low energy and little presence.	Fair Students' focus is sometimes at a high level but eyes wander. Student sometimes shows high energy and presence.	Good Students' focus is mostly at high level with steady eyes, high energy and presence.
