Good The student applies some design/composition (such as pattern, shape, and balance) with skill.	Poor The student does not appear to be able to apply most design/composition to their work.
Pattern and Shape use	Excellent All patterns are different and unique. The student created all organic shapes.	Average Most patterns are different and unique. The student created all organic shapes.	Good Most patterns are different and unique. The student created some organic shapes.	Poor No variety of patterns. The student created mostly geometric shapes.
Creativity	Excellent Student has taken the technique being studied and applied it in a way that is totally their own. The artwork shows inspiration for the Inspired project artist.
