Meal Plan Meal Plan Create a meal plan for the school week - 3 meals a day for 4 days, including snacks. Meals should consider food groups and nutrients (see reverse-Healthy Meal Plate). Plan should be organized by day, and each day organized by meal. A grocery list should be included with all the necessary items required. Spices/seasonings are not required. Remember that some items purchased can be used for more than one meal. Project should be neatly typed.
