Fair Provides a basic explanation of the concept in own words, demonstrating some understanding.	Good Provides a clear and mostly accurate explanation of the concept in own words, demonstrating a good understanding.	Excellent Provides a comprehensive and accurate explanation of the concept in own words, demonstrating a deep understanding.
Clarity of Explanation	Poor Fails to articulate ideas and concepts clearly, leading to significant confusion.	Fair Articulates ideas and concepts with some clarity but with frequent instances of confusion.	Good Articulates ideas and concepts clearly, with minor instances of confusion.	Excellent Clearly articulates ideas and concepts, making them easily understandable to peers.
Engagement & Confidence	Poor Engages with little confidence in the explanation, failing to maintain peers' attention.	Fair Engages with limited confidence in the explanation, occasionally losing peers' attention.	Good Engages with reasonable confidence in the explanation, maintaining peers' attention.
