Drawing	Poor The lines are wobbly, do not meet, or overshoot each other when they join.	Fair The drawing in a shape with straight lines that connect neatly	Good The drawing shows the house as a 3-D shape with straight, connected lines.
Details	Poor The drawing has structural details but they are representation and do not accurately portray the house's actual features.	Fair The drawing indicates structural details within the house (i.e. doors and windows) that are accurate.	Good The house includes lots of within the house structure and outside (i.e. trees, sidewalks, mailbox, driveway).
