Nutrition Assessment 
Students will adopt personal food plan, based on nutritional needs, to improve or maintain their eating practices. 1. Use the MyPlate Plan framework to find personal nutrition goals. 2. Complete a 1 day meal plan to ensure that your plan meets all nutrition requirements. 3. Explain and reflect how your meal plans will help you to achieve your nutrition goals. (Minimum 5 paragraphs) 4. Must provide a reference page with minimum 5 nutrition references (DO NOT USE WIKIPEDIA)
