Throwing

Always

Student is always stepping with correct foot when throwing the ball. He/she hold the stick with their dominant hand at middle of stick and non-dominant at bottom of stick.
Most of the Time

Student usually steps with the correct foot when throwing the ball. He/she hold the stick with their dominant hand at middle of stick and non-dominant at bottom of stick.
Sometimes

Student does not always step with the right foot when throwing the ball. He/she forgets to hold the stick with their dominant hand at middle of stick and non-dominant at bottom of stick.
Needs Improvement

Student does not step with the right foot when throwing the ball. He/she does not hold the stick with their dominant hand at middle of stick and non-dominant at bottom of stick.
Catching

Always

Student holds the stick correctly and catches the ball tossed to them with the lacrosse stick 100% time.
Most of the Time

Student holds the stick correctly and catches the ball tossed to them with the lacrosse stick 75% of the time.
Sometimes

Student has difficulty holding the stick and catching the ball tossed to them with a lacrosse stick 50% of the time.
Needs Improvement

Student can not hold the stick properly and catch a ball tossed to them using the lacrosse stick 25% of the time.
Scooping

Always

Student scoops with two hands on stick and face over the ball. Student has knees bent.
Student consistently scoops the ball off the ground.
Most of the Time

Most of the time, student has two hands on the stick and face over the ball. Student bends knees most of the time.
Student is successful scooping the ball off of the ground most times.
Sometimes

Student sometimes has two hands on the stick and face over the ball. Student sometimes bends knees. Student is sometimes successful scooping the ball off of the ground.
Needs Improvement

Student never has two hands on the stick and face over the ball. Student never bends knees. Student is rarely successful scooping the ball off of the ground.
