Followed Directions	Wow! The student has successfully completed all 9 lessons. The edges of the items hve been folded neatly and the final works resemble the examples.	Almost there... The student has followed some of the directions, however, the shape of the origami have not been completed exaclty as the example.	Not getting it... The student has not understood the concepts of origami. Student did not follow instructions or is unable to complete task on own.
Quality/Craftsmanship	Wow! The student has completed all 9 lessons. All have been created with great care. Edges of the shapes have been folded neatly. No extra fold marks.	Almost there... The student has completed all 9 of the origami lessons. Most have been crafted with some care. Some extra fold marks noticeable.	Not getting it... The student has not completed the minimum 9 lessons. Looks quite messy.
Effort and Attitude	Wow! Student demonstrated consistent positive effort toward assignment. Positive attitude consistently shown	Almost there... Student demonstrated some effort required to complete project. Some positive attitude displayed.	Not getting it... Student put forth no effort and / or class time was not used wisely. Did not show any positive attitude during class or toward project.
Clean up and On Time	Wow! Student cleaned up on a daily basis. Project is finished and turned in on time.	Almost there... Student had one or two days of bad clean-up. Project is turned in but is not finished.	Not getting it... Student had many days of bad clean-up Project is turned in a day or more late and/or not finished.
